            12月19日從南京大學獲悉,該校研發的我國首臺超高精度光矢量分析儀問世。超高精度光矢量分析儀就像”火眼金睛”,從家用光纖路由器到飛船等大量應用的光學器件領域都需要用到它。它可以對光器件的兩個關鍵指標--幅度響應和相位響應進行測量,從而在研發和應用中其性能。代儀器僅能測量幅度響應,第二代儀器可以同時測量幅度響應和相位響應,但目前全球僅有美國納斯達克上市公司月神的ova5000一款產品,并且其高精度版不對我國銷售。2010年,南京大學潘時龍教授開始籌建微波光子學實驗室。他帶領團隊在研究中發現,國外光矢量分析儀采用”以光測光”的辦法,費時費力而且精度不高,自主研發的光矢量分析儀采用”以電測光”的,把光轉換為微波。課題組先后了光頻梳通道化技術、平衡光電探測技術和新型電光調制技術,基本攻克了相關的技術難點。該光矢量分析儀的第二代樣機先后被中科院半導體所、江蘇光揚光電等十余家單位還幫助某單位實現了光纖干涉器的自動化測量,測量精度10倍,節省成本一半以上。
