在綠色發展成為戰略的大背景下,我國農業也正由拼投入、拼資源消耗向生態可發展積極轉型!蔽覈r業發展取得了巨大成就,但也付出了很大代價!鞭r業部部長指出,我國農業資源長期,利用強度過高和農業廢棄物綜合利用不足并存,資源、兩道”緊箍”越繃越緊,迫切需要推行綠色生產,促進農業可發展。向水肥藥的使用和農業廢棄物的回收利用要綠色,近年來農業部先后實施化肥、農藥使用量零增長行動,明確提出到2020年實現”一控兩減三基本”的目標任務,打響了農業面源污染治理攻堅戰。落實和推進這一戰略舉措,機械既是關鍵抓手和載體,也是重要的突破口。2016年農業綠色發展大步邁進--新效節水灌溉面積2145萬畝,農作物秸稈綜合利用率達80%,農藥使用量繼續零增長,化肥使用量接近零增長,一些地方實現負增長,成績令人振奮。
