 安博檢測是美國能源部DOE-LightingFacts 照明標簽項目的測試機構和申請機構，是歐洲（EU）No 874/2012 “電燈泡與燈具的能源標簽法規” 的授權測試機構和發證機構2012年7月12日歐洲議會批準通過:“電燈泡與燈具的能源標簽法規”, 他將于2013年9月1日生效;  屆時,所有進入歐洲市場銷售的燈具都必須強制貼有該法案規定的能源標簽, 熒光燈燈泡燈具,HID放電燈泡燈具,LED燈泡,LED燈具必須證明其能效的級別
九方檢測   長期以來跟蹤和參與歐洲 LED照明標準; 目前,歐洲有如下LED預標準，是可以有效實施， 2013年這些標準已成為正式批準實施： 
IEC/PAS 62722-2-1  LED燈具燈-性能要求
IEC/PAS 62612 通用照明自鎮流LED燈-性能要求
IEC/PAS 62717 通用照明LED模塊-性能要求
IEC62384 LED模塊用交流或直流電子控制裝置-性能要求
IEC/PAS 62326-20 高亮度LED用印刷電路板
已實施取得這些新LED標準授權測試和發證資質。
