            直接代換是指用其他IC不經任何改動而直接取代原來的IC,代換后不影響機器的主要性能與指標。  
            其代換原則是:代換IC的功能、性能指標、封裝形式、引腳用途、引腳序號和間隔等幾方面均相同。其中IC的功能相同不僅指功能相同;還應注意邏輯極性相同,即輸出輸入電平極性、電壓、電流幅度必須相同。例如:圖像中放IC,TA7607與TA7611,前者為反向高放AGC,后者為正向高放AGC,故不能直接代換。除此之外還有輸出不同極性AFT電壓,輸出不同極性的同步脈沖等IC都不能直接代換,即使是同一公司或廠家的產品,都應注意區分。性能指標是指IC的主要電參數(或主要特性曲線)、耗散功率、工作電壓、頻率范圍及各信號輸入、輸出阻抗等參數要與原IC相近。功率小的代用件要加大散熱片。其中
