隨著國家碳達峰、碳中和目標的提出，新能源汽車產業也逐漸進入技術發展的新階段，配套充電樁的布局和建設在不斷擴大的同時，對充電功率及充電速度提出了更高的需求。傳統15KW、20KW充電模塊已無法滿足高速充電要求。為此，中航光電推出了滿足40KW充電模塊的國網接口CZ36E系列連接器，并且可兼容30KW充電模塊使用。

▼Application 

• 產品接口采用國網充電模塊接口，兼容性強，具有TUV&UL認證；
• 產品采用冠簧結構，傳輸電流高、接觸可靠電阻低；
• 插頭為彎式焊接，插座為直式壓線結構，電源壓接線徑6 AWG，信號有焊接和壓接結構；
• 插座安裝后，與浮動螺釘配合具有±0.65mm浮動；

• 連接器適配電壓范圍廣：
  

  輸入端額定電流：80A/pin；額定電壓：1000V AC；

  輸出端額定電流：80A/pin或140A/ 2pin；額定電壓：1000V DC。

Introduction

• Crown spring structure for high current transmission and low contact resistance
• Termination: 90° welding termination of plugs, straight crimping termination of receptacles, in which power contacts use crimping structure with 6 AWG wire, and signal contacts use welding / crimping structure
• ± 0.65mm floating matched with floating screws after installing receptacles
• Rated current: 80A / pin of input end, 80A / pin or 140A / pin of output end
• Rated voltage: 1000V AC of input end, 1000V DC of output end
  

CZ36E系列連接器可用于符合國網接口的30KW、40KW充電模塊，大幅提升充電功率、縮短用戶充電時間；也可應用于UPS電源、通訊電源，光伏儲能等諸多領域。
