考慮到模型是裝配體,各零件之間的接觸是面面,彼此相互作用,所以采用結點結點的接觸方式,但劃分時應將各配合面的網格使用統尺寸,否則模型不能正劃分。通過上述方法,整個模型劃分后,總體劃分尺寸為50mm,局部劃分尺寸為30mm,四面體實體單元770個,結點35576個,自由度406729個。劃分結果如所示。
