使用方法：使用濃度為10-12%，使用時,先加入緩蝕劑,然后將本品按比例加入到計量水中配制成清洗溶液，在30-50℃下循環清洗4-6小時。重銹可直接擦拭或加大用量及延長清洗時間。必要時，清洗后再漂洗鈍化。

注意事項：本品為酸性，避免與皮膚直接接觸。操作時請戴防護面罩和橡膠手套，若濺落在皮膚或眼中，立即用大量清水沖洗并就醫。

LX2000-007  “Three in one” Cleaning Agent

under normal temperature

Applicable Scope: Applicable to cleaning of industrial used whole set equipment, unit facility and long transferring pipe prior to run-in. Applicable to cleaning of rust of the equipment in use. Applicable to oil-removing, rust-removing and passivation of iron and steel facilities and parts. The best effect temperature is 30℃--40℃.

Physicochemical properties:

1.       Appearance: A portion is blue to green liquid, another is white solid.

2.       Relative density: 1.20-1.34 for the liquid portion.

3.       Acidity: Total acidity is 700±40; Free acidity is 300±20.

4.       Non-burnable, non-exploding, and non-toxic.

Features:

1.       High efficient: Cleaning efficiency to normal smear and rust ≥90%.

2.       Speedy: The steps of oil-removing, rust-removing and passivation are incorporated into one, leading to shortening of cleaning time by 1/2 to 2/3.

3.       Easy and convenient: The cleaning temperature is between30℃and40℃, the best one is40℃. Cleaning works can be done by one step, therefore, the operation process is easy to be standardized.

4.       Safe: With weak acidity, the product hardly corrodes equipment and operating personnel. Its corrosion rate to many metals, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum, is lower than the requirements of HG/T 2387-92, a standard of cleaning quality for industrial equipment.

5.       Energy saving: The cleaning works can be done at normal temperature（except in severe winter）, and heating is not necessary.

6.       Environment protective: Three steps are incorporated into one, so amount of sullage is lessened by 1/2 to 2/3.

Method of application: The recommended concentration is 10-12%. Dissolve the solid portion of this product with warm water and add the solution into the metered water, then put the solid portion and mix to uniformity, circulate for 8—10hours under20℃-40℃. And increase the amount of this product or extend the cleaning time if the scale is too severe. Rinse it for 20-60minutes with special bleaching agent after cleaning if necessary, and dry it with compressed air.

Precautions: This product is acid. The direct contact with skins should be avoided. Please wear protective veils and rubber gloves, and please flush it with a lot of clean water immediately if it is splashed onto skins or into eyes.
