4、存案請求人應在油漆涂料進口前較少2個月向存案組織請求存案。
5、存案組織受理存案請求后，對所申報進口涂猜中的有害物質進行專
項檢查，合格即可簽發《進口油漆涂料存案書》，有用期二年。
6、《進口油漆涂料存案書》僅限于涂料進口報檢時運用，已存案的《進
口涂料存案書》對各入境口岸均有用。進口涂料報檢時，已存案的
應一起提交《進口涂料存案書》，口岸查驗檢疫組織采取核對貨證、

式、先納入管理范圍，掌握其安全、環保的項目及影響的狀態后，
方可采取相應的措施處理。
